day two. much of the same, learning how to use the computer programs. this is getting to be a lot of data entry, but i guess that's what accounting is, after all. i think i might be more interested in general ledger than accounts receivable, but i guess i'll find out. the really nice thing was that one of my bosses is letting me have an ergonomic keyboard! they gave us this office depot catalog to pick out what we need for our desks, but its pretty much just filing cabinet thingys and a hook for jackets. yeah, so i have been using an ergonomic keyboard since jr high or so and i really really like it. i'm usually trying to get people to try it too, but it gets some getting used to. the ice cream machine freezer is fully stocked again today :) i am going to take pics of it and my cubicle and you can see what it's like. so far, only nate has come to visit. i'm also trying to decide what time to come in the mornings because quite a few people come at 6am so they can leave by 2:30. leaving that early seems soo nice, but i doubt i can get myself to wake up at 5am every morning. i might do 7 or so. dinner last night went pretty well, i thought, and i need to get that ikea dresser still, then things will be mostly settled and my room will be presentable enough for visitors :)
